Direct Cleaning Filtering System for Pulp Molding
Pulp molding white water treatment direct clean filtration system is designed and produced based on in-depth investigation and analysis on technology and equipment of papermaking white water and pulp molding wet end molding vacuum water treatment in both abroad and domestic paper making industry and pulp molding industry.
Product Application
Characteristics of pulp molding white water
1. Contains a lot of tiny fibers
2. Contains residues of various auxiliaries added in the production process
3. Long cycle period
Why is pulping molding white water needed to be treated
1. Changes in raw materials:
The original use of wood pulp and other clean raw materials, with the expansion of the international market and the continuous development of domestic environmental protection requirements, raw materials are mostly changed to herbal fibers, resulting in an increase in the content of fine fibers in the water;
2. Increased environmental protection requirements
The proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutral goal makes the production enterprises face severe pressure of water consumption and emission, energy saving and emission reduction become the main purpose of production.
3. Improvement of product quality
With the strong market demand and the development of quality control technology, the requirements for product quality are getting higher and higher. Good water makes good paper, and the quality of circulating water must be improved.
4. Expansion of production capacity
With the country's attention to the pulp molding industry, the demand for paper and plastic products is increasingly strong. The demand for capacity expansion increases the demand for circulating water. To save water cost, water treatment is the most direct solution.
Product Principle
The system integrates the performance of our Fiber Recovery Tower and Direct Cleaning Filter, using micro-nano bubble targeting capture technology to collect and remove fine fibers and chemical residuals in white water. The adsorption properties of porous plant fiber membrane were used to remove macromolecular organic matter and chroma in water. Through the "dialysis" of white water, the salinity of the whole water circulation system is reduced.
With the use of independently designed auxiliary equipment, the SS of the treated water can be reduced to less than 20mg/L, which can be used for production reuse or direct membrane treatment, so as to achieve zero discharge of pulp molding white water.
