Direct Cleaning Filter is designed and produced based on in-depth investigation and analysis on technology and equipment of white water treatment in both abroad and domestic paper making industry. Product Application
Cleaning Filter can greatly reduce the concentration of suspended matter (SS≦10mg/L), salt and COD in water, and effectively solve the problem of using traditional process equipment to treat wastewater in industrial production. The filtered water can be directly used as recycled water for high and low pressure spray washing, chemical dilution, cooling water circulation and other sections, and can replace new fresh water, too.
By using the new solid and liquid separation technology of eco-membrane filtration, it has the advantages of small footprint, large capacity of treatment, high quality of effluent and stable operation. It can replace air flotation, disc, barrel, bag, fiber ball (or bundle) and other filtration equipment. It can be used in the purification and pre-treatment of fine and high-cost water treatment like membrane filtration, to reduce membrane pollution, extend membrane life and improve membrane efficiency.

Product Principle
Direct Cleaning Filter uses plant fiber ecological membrane deep filtration. When the equipment is operated and the fiber eco-membrane is formed, the waste water with dissolved air enters the box and mixes with the waste water. After mixing, through micro-nano bubble targeting technology and plant porous fiber adsorption technology, more than 90% of the residual chemicals and suspended matters float on the upper surface and are effectively removed. The clarified waste water at the lower part is deeply filtered through the fiber eco-membrane. The fine suspended matters which are not floating in the waste water is trapped or accommodated by the fiber membrane, and the waste water through the fiber membrane becomes clean.
The thickness of filter cake formed by this equipment can reach 4~5 cm (equivalent to the filtration accuracy of 40 ~ 50 thousand mesh filter screen), and the content of suspended solids in the filtrate is less than 10mg/L(SS≤10mg/L).
The filter cake can be reused after being peeled off and cleaned. As plant fiber is natural degradable, it can be easily disposed after use.
