Mini Type Direct Cleaning Filtering System integrates the physical deep air flotation and plant fiber ecological membrane filtration and adsorption technology, which can effectively solve the problem that the recycled water quality can not meet requirements and directly affect the whole production process, which is due to high concentration of suspended solids and fine fibers in recycled waters which are not completely removed by traditional process equipment in the industrial production process. The filtrate can fully meet the demand for reuse and also meet the discharge standard.

Principle Ⅰ： physical deep air flotation
It can effectively removes suspended solids, adhesives and oils in water.
Principle Ⅱ: deep filtration of plant fiber ecological membrane
Through plant fiber’s adsorbing and filtering, to further remove suspended matter, metal ions, bacteria and viruses in water.
Principle Ⅲ: Membrane
The waste water can be reused or discharged directly after terminal treatment of ultrafiltration membrane.
