Wastewater characteristics:
Pulp molded products will produce a large amount of wastewater in the production process, and the wastewater is characterized by more foreign matter. In the production process, it is necessary to intermittently spray flush water supply for the pulp flashing remaining on the back of the blank and the pulp fiber blocked in the mold mesh, as well as the continuous water supply for the vacuum pump working seal, so the water quality demand for reclaimed water is high.

Existing water treatment issues:
Generally, there are many drugs used in the treatment process of water reuse in the paper and plastic industry, resulting in problems such as foaming and odor due to the accumulation of chemicals, which affects product quality.

Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:

Using our fifth-generation direct filtration system, the wastewater is treated with physical deep air flotation through the box-type physical air flotation machine and resource recovery machine of the pretreatment section, and more than 90% of the materials in the wastewater are collected and removed, and then filtered through the plant fiber ecological membrane of the direct filter to further remove the fine fibers and materials in the water and improve the water quality. The SS in the filtered supernatant can be as low as 10mg/L or less, which can fully meet the water demand in the production process.

The whole process does not add any chemical agents, the reuse water quality is high, and the reuse cycle is long.
