Plant fiber as filtering medium
With small diameter, large specific surface area, small filtration resistance and high surface freedom, plant fiber has great advantages in filtering.
Plant fiber filter cake formed by naturally interwoven plant fibers has more opportunities to attach impurities in water and micro particles, so that its fouling interception capacity and assimilative capacity is large. Product Principle
The plant fiber to be cleaned enters the box through pipeline. The equipment starts, and the fiber rubbing washing mechanism starts to run. The mechanism is designed on bionic rubbing principle, with the external force directly on the fiber, the fiber occurs instantaneous deformation and movement, so that there is flexible friction between the water and fiber, fiber and fiber. Thus, the pollutants are separated from fibers.
After rubbing and washing, the fiber is proceed to the ultrasonic washing stage. A large number of tiny bubbles are generated by the vibration of the high-frequency waves. The shock wave generated by the closure of the bubbles loosens the pollutants in the fiber cavity and strips away the pollutants attached to the surface.
The last stage is solid-liquid separation. Due to the liquid level difference generated inside and outside the solid-liquid separation mechanism, the coarse and large fiber is intercepted by the steel net on the surface of the separation mechanism, the impurities, tiny fibers and liquid enter the mechanism, and is discharged through the sewage outlet.
The cleaned fiber is left inside the box.
