Self-cleaning Steel Mesh Filter Disc
Self-cleaning steel mesh filter disc, designed according to our patented product(Patent No. ZL201620930409.8) stainless steel mesh filter disc's special fluid mechanics design, nano material layer is sucked to the surface of the steel mesh under uniform negative pressure, to achieve small surface tension of the mesh wire and no adhesion to any substance, which effectively avoid uneven coating and mesh hole blocking phenomena existed in traditional spraying and soaking process.
Product Application
The product is made of stainless steel and has a corrugated surface design, which increases the filtration area by more than 25% compared to the ordinary filter disc. It uses high tech. nano material to form a super hydrophobic structure like lotus leaf on the surface of the filter disc. It is inert to most chemicals and solvents, and overcomes the production obstacles of mesh hole plug and corrosion caused by adhesives, chemicals, oil and others in waste water. Self-cleaning disc does not adhere to any substance, and the filter cake on it is easier to be peeled off, which makes the discs be easily cleaned.
There are a number of cross-hollow waterways in the filter disc, which are designed by using the principle of fluid mechanics to ensure that the thickness of the filter cake formed on the surface of the filter disc is uniform, and the water quality after filtering through the filter cake is stable.
