Resource Recovery Tower(New gen. of Physical Deep Air Float Machine)

Resource Recovery Tower is our independent research and development products. With patented fiber suspension generation technology (patent No. : ZL 2022 2 1066468.7) to generate micro and nano bubbles, which are uniformly put into white water by the release device to capture suspended fibers and tiny materials in white water. The suspended fibers and materials in white water are gathered and floated on the surface of water by floating bubbles, for intelligent collection and reuse.

Without adding any chemicals, the recycling materials are without secondary pollution and the recycling rate is higher. On the basis of ensuring the quality of finished products, the utilization rate of raw materials is improved and the cost is saved. The SS of the treated liquid can be reduced to less than 100mg/L. 

This equipment can be widely used in the pretreatment process of various water treatment.

Product Principle

The Resource Recovery Tower is designed and manufactured with own patented technology.

The operation of the equipment generates a large number of micro-nano bubbles with different particle sizes. Using the principle of deep air buoyancy, the micro-nano bubbles capture and flocculate the fine fibers and materials in the water and float them on the surface of the water without adding any chemicals.
