Glass fiber with its light weight high strength, good fatigue resistance, good shock absorption, chemical corrosion resistance, high electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity, small linear expansion coefficient, forming process performance and other characteristics, has been rapidly promoted in many fields. Glass fiber monofilaments are only a few microns in diameter, equivalent to 1/20 to 1/5 of a human hair. The glass fiber paper made of glass fiber with small diameter (0.3~0.5μm below) has high strength, and has good water resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, small thermal conductivity, sound absorption and other excellent characteristics.

Characteristics of glass fiber paper white water:

During the production of cellophane, a large amount of white water containing fine glass fibers is produced. White water contains thickening agent, dispersant and defoamer. The thickener is to increase the viscosity of the slurry suspension and prevent the glass fiber from settling and flocculating. The amount of dispersant should be moderate, the amount is too small, the dispersion effect is not good, and the amount is too large, it is easy to foam; The amount of defoamer should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the tensile strength of the paper. The existing white water treatment, because the diameter of glass fiber is too small, there are more chemicals in white water, there is no more effective method, generally adopt conventional sewage treatment methods, and the discharge results after treatment are far from the national discharge standards.


Advantages of direct filtration system:

By using the Xingsheng direct cleaning filtration system, the fine fibers and materials in wastewater are collected and removed by using the principle of physical deep air floating and the technology of plant fiber membrane filtration and adsorption. The SS in the clear night after filtration can be reduced to less than 10mg/L, which can be used for production reuse or direct membrane treatment. It can reduce the membrane pollution and extend the service life of the membrane.
