The composition of laboratory waste water is very complex.

Generally, it contains acid and base, heavy metals, inorganic salts, organic solvents, pathogens, bacteria, viruses, etc. The composition of water quality varies greatly according to the different types of laboratory analysis. It is difficult to be treated. Generally, laboratory waste water is regarded as hazardous waste and disposed by qualified third party units. The transfer cost of hazardous waste is very high and the process is complicated.
