The water consumption of textile printing and dyeing industry is huge. In the waste water, the content of organic matter is high and the water quality is complex, containing a large number of textile fibers, fats, salts and all kinds of slurry, dyes, surfactant, additives, acid and base added in the processing process. The PH value of the waste water changes greatly, the COD and BOD are high, and the color is deep and changeable.
Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
As plant fiber has small diameter, large specific surface area, strong filtration ability and special physical properties, and rich in functional groups, it can effectively filter and adsorb macro-molecular organic matter, chroma and metal ions in water.
Textile printing and dyeing waste water can be treated with plant fiber filter cake membrane, which can reduce the suspended matter in water, insoluble COD , macro-molecular organic matter and chroma, and improve the reuse efficiency of reclaimed water. At the same time, the treated filtrate can be directly fed into the membrane, which can effectively reduce membrane fouling and extend the service life of the membrane.
