Characteristics of petrochemical wastewater:
The composition of petrochemical waste water is complex. It has following features,
1. In addition to production waste water, there are cooling water and others. It is with high concentration of organic matter, large amount, containing numbers of harmful substances.
2. The content of organic matter, especially hydrocarbon and its derivatives, is high and it contains a variety of heavy metals;
3. It has high oil content, COD, ammonia nitrogen, sulfide, phenols, detergent and other pollutants.
Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
Xingsheng Direct Cleaning Filtering system can remove suspended matter, metal ions, COD and sulfide in water by the filtration and adsorption performance of plant fiber cake formed by porous plant fibers. Meanwhile, micro-nano bubbles generated by the fiber suspension generation system equipped with this system gather pollutants such as oil and detergent and then remove intelligently.The treated filtrate, entering the membrane treatment, can reduce membrane fouling and extend the service life of the membrane.
After treatment, the plant fiber filter cake can be recycled, used in power generation or construction industry, no secondary pollution to the environment.
