Use renewable resources to achieve wastewater's ultra-low discharge

Photovoltaic

Project Introduction

Brief Introduction:

With the rapid development of photovoltaic industry, photovoltaic waste water treatment is increasingly concerned. Photovoltaic waste water mainly comes from auxiliary liquid waste and cleaning waste water produced in the process of silicon rod cutting, grinding, slicing and silicon wafer grinding, corrosion and polishing. The main pollution of photovoltaic waste water is fluorine ion, organic matter and pH value. Among them, fluorine ion mainly comes from hydrofluoric acid used in the production process, organic matter mainly comes from isopropyl alcohol used in the fluting tank, and pH pollution mainly comes from hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide used in the production.

Wastewater Characteristics of Wastewater:

Photovoltaic waste water is characterized by large change in concentration, strong acid and alkali, corrosive, irregular discharge.

Existed Problems in current treatment:

The existing treatment methods are adsorption and precipitation, used to remove fluoride ions and organic matter. But the above methods have problems such as large dosage of drugs, poor treatment effect etc. And the treated water can not be directly recycled.

Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:

Xingsheng Direct Cleaning Filtering System integrates physical deep air flotation and plant fiber eco-membrane filtration and adsorption technology, which can effectively solve the water problems due to high concentration of suspended matter, fine fiber and solid matter residual in traditional equipment treatment process. At the same time, it also avoids the accumulation of residual chemicals in water caused by traditional air flotation flocculation. The treated water can fully meet the demand for reuse. At the same time, the filtered supernatant can directly enter the membrane treatment, reducing membrane fouling and prolonging the service life of the membrane.
