Product Introduction

Cellulose is the main structural component of plant cell wall, which is made of many β-D-glucose molecules dehydration condensation and unbranched. β-glucose molecules by β-1, 4-glucoside connection. This structural characteristics makes cellulose be used for different purposes after appropriate pre-treatment and through a series of chemical reactions.

The cation Fe+ attached to the SPF fiber combines with the anions in the water to adsorb and intercept the soluble and colloidal substances containing the anions to solve the problems such as increased viscosity, deterioration, and odor of the recycled water. At the same time, the filter cake formed by SPF plant fiber can remove the negatively charged dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and phosphorus in the water, reduce the eutrophication caused by the increase of phosphorus content in the water, and effectively inhibit the breeding of cyanobacteria in the water.

 

SPF fiber is mainly used to adsorb and block heavy metal ions in waste water, so as to achieve the purpose of removal, enrichment and recovery.  Compared with common heavy metal treatment methods, treatment with SPF has the advantages of large adsorption capacity, fast adsorption speed, low cost, simple operation and no secondary pollution.
