Project Introduction
Brief Introduction:
Spunlaced nonwovens produce a lot of waste water during their formation. The water consumption of each spunlaced production line is 200m3/h, and the circulating water is up to 4800m3/d. The main pollutant in waste water is suspended matter. Due to its process technology, it has high requirement on the reclaimed water.
Problems existed in current water treatment process:
In the general water treatment process, concerning that coagulant and coagulant brought into the water might affect the product quality, or excessive flocculant and coagulant residual might result in water needle blockage, most manufacturers do not add coagulant in the air flotation process. But in this way, the air flotation effect is not ideal, so that the next process of the water circulation system, such as sand filtration and micro-filtration, is easy to saturate, and continuous back-flushing might result in the decrease of the water circulation rate.
Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
Direct Cleaning Filter can remove fine fibers and materials in the water. Meanwhile, the patented fiber suspension generation technology equipped can generate micro and nano bubbles to capture DCS and accumulated chemicals in the water. While reducing the content of suspended substances in the water, the accumulated chemicals are removed and the water quality is further improved. The filtrate can fully meet the water demand in the production process.
The whole process does not add any chemicals.
The quality of filtrate is high(SS less than 10mg/L) and the recycle period is longer.
