Wastewater characteristics:
The waste water discharged by coal chemical enterprises contains a large amount of harmful substances such as phenol, cyanide, oil and ammonia nitrogen. In the comprehensive waste water, CODcr is generally about 5000mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is 200~500mg/L, and a large number of organic compounds are difficult to degrade.
Problems existed in current water treatment:
At present, the main treatment process is biochemical method, but in the process of biochemical method, there are problems of poor treatment effect on some refractory organic matter. At the same time, the color and turbidity of the treated water are still very high, which can not meet the standards of reuse or discharge.
Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
By using Direct Cleaning Filtering System, the fine materials in wastewater are collected and removed by physical deep air flotation and the deep filtration of plant fiber membrane, and the SS in the filtrate can be reduced to less than 10mg/L. At the same time, plant fiber membrane adsorb and remove macro-molecular organic matter and chroma in water.
The filtrate can be used for production reuse or directly for membrane treatment. It can prevent membrane pollution and prolong its service life.
