Pulp washing wastewater reuse project introduction:
In the pulp and paper industry, the wastewater discharged from the pulping section is mainly black liquor wastewater generated in the pulping process and the raw material washing wastewater.
Among them, the main pollutants of washing wastewater are solid matter such as sediment and fiber suspended matter. On the one hand, the fiber content in the washing wastewater is high, resulting in serious loss of raw materials. On the other hand, it causes pressure on the subsequent water treatment section.
Problems existed in current water treatment:
In the existing treatment process, a large number of chemicals are added in the air flotation section in order to flocculate and float the fibers in the water. However, due to the addition of chemicals, the recycled slurry can not be reused, and at the same time, the quality of recycled water is also effected.
Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
Through the Resource Recovery Tower, the physical deep air flotation equipment, in the pre-treatment section, fibers in the wastewater are recovered to improve the pulp recovery rate. No chemicals are added in the whole process, and the recycled slurry has no secondary pollution and with high reuse rate. On the other hand, in the second section, the plant fiber filtering membrane of the Direct Cleaning Filter intercepts and adsorbs fine suspended matter, macro-molecular organic matter and colored particles in the water, so as to further improve the water quality, which reduce the treatment pressure in subsequent sections.
