Brief introduction:
Cigarette paper has special manufacturing process because of its special needs. In the production process, the selection of raw materials, the proportion of fiber, the treatment means, the addition of filler and chemicals and even the configuration of the paper machine all must meet the needs of use. So, it has high requirements on reused water.
Characteristics of wastewater:
The white water contains not only fine fibers but also a lot of fillers and additives. In the traditional water treatment process, due to the addition of flocculant, the accumulation of chemicals in the recycled water will cause deterioration, froth and odor etc., and thus affect the quality of the paper.
Advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
Direct Cleaning Filter can remove fine fibers and materials in the water. Meanwhile, the patented fiber suspension generation technology equipped can generate micro and nano bubbles to capture DCS and accumulated chemicals in the water. While reducing the content of suspended substances in the water, the accumulated chemicals are removed and the water quality is further improved. SS in the filtrate can be as low as 10mg/L, which can fully meet the water demand in the production process and prolong the service cycle of water reuse.
The whole process does not add any chemicals. Reuse water quality is high and the recycle period is longer.
