Household paper white water reuse project introduction:
It is one of the largest enterprises specializing in the production of household paper series products in China. Its brand series products have won the title of national A-class products for 12 consecutive years, and have been rated as China Famous Brand products, well-known trademarks, national inspection-free products, and Guangdong Famous trademarks.
Features of white water:
White water refers to the waste water of paper making system, which mainly contains a large number of fine fibers, fillers and other suspended substances, as well as AKD, preservatives, enhancers, but also contains a lot of dissolved colloidal substances (DCS). The dissolved COD and BOD indexes are low, in the range of 300~800mg/L and 100~300mg/L respectively, but the content of suspended matter is high and the difference is great.
Through the company's existing treatment, the SS is still around 500mg/L.
Advantages of direct filtration system:
After investigation, we designed a water treatment scheme of "Resource Recovery Machine + Direct Cleaning Filter" to be used together to recover the effective fibers in the water and improve the utilization rate of raw materials. At the same time, improve the water quality, so that 99% of the filtrate can meet the high and low pressure reuse needs of paper machine.
