Phase I white water treatment project:
2 vacuum circular paper machines: width 2850mm & speed 1000m/min
Water volume: 120 cubic meters per hour
Phase II white water treatment project:
Crescentiform high speed paper machine( Baotuo) : width: 2850mm and speed 1300m/min, annual capacity of about 20,000 tons
Water: 120 cubic meters per hour
White water characteristics:
The paper pulp is sugarcane pulp and eucalyptus pulp. The white water contains a lot of short fibers and other substances。
The advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
For the white water to be treated in this project, after investigation, our company design a water treatment program of "Resource Recovery Machine + Direct Cleaning Filter" to be used together, so as to recover effective fibers in water and improve the utilization rate of raw materials.
At the same time, improve the water quality, so that 99% of the treated water can meet the high and low pressure reuse needs of paper machine.
