Characteristics of food grade filter paper white water:
Contains a large number of fine fibers, with high requirements on SS, COD, BOD etc. for recycled water. Generally the white water treatment system + reverse osmosis membrane treatment process is the option, which result in serious reverse osmosis membrane’s pollution and shorten its service life and cause high backflushing costs.
Characteristics of industrial filter paper white water:
Contains a large number of tiny plant fiber and chemical fiber and resin. Viscosity is high and in acidic.
Request on recycled water:
The company strictly controls the quality of products and has high requirements on recycled water. The production of food grade filter paper refuses to add any chemicals.
The advantages of Direct Cleaning Filtering System:
Use Resource Recovery Tower and Direct Cleaning Filter, the whole process is physical and without secondary pollution on recycled materials.
The deep filtration and adsorption performance of plant fiber filter cake membrane can remove SS, and COD & BOD insoluble in water, and then through reverse osmosis membrane treatment. The processing capacity of the membrane is improved and its service life is prolonged.
